Review: Iniquitous Savagery – Subversion of the Psyche – Grindethic Records – Release: Out Now

Subversion of the PsycheGet on your kilt and kill, kill, kill!. Scottish brutal death metal act Iniquitous Savagery is here to slam and grind you with their debut record: “Subversions of the Psyche”. It’s just fucking  dynamic brutal death with some nice twists and grooves. It’s dynamic and with a brutal pace they just slam some great gore out of your speakers. The sound is raw and extremely brutal. Just as you want with this kind of music. The Scots nail everything brutally right with this record. Let’s hope this effort won’t be the only thing the guys will deliver us. The tiny yet brutal details make this record work. They keep things fresh with hammering down different pace styles and throwing in a couple of nice melodic breakdowns. These Scots delivered us a brutal debut which will make some jars drop for sure. Hope to witness them live someday and already looking forward to their next effort. It’s just grindtastic.

One thing I hate though are the song titles… As a dyslectic twat I keep trembling and stuttering over these genius song titles. Ah well, thank god the nifty riffing and highly entertaining quality of these songs send that critique right down the shithole.

Let’s hit play again!
